The Olive Gardens Host Program is built for individuals, agencies, concierge services, travel partners, communities, and businesses that can bring real reservation customers to our properties. Once approved, you receive a unique referral link and referral code. When a properly tracked reservation becomes confirmed, the related host commission is recorded under your account based on your current host level.

Applications now include a required email confirmation step and a required KYC review step. Your application cannot be approved until your email address is confirmed through the verification email we send you and your submitted KYC information has been reviewed.

How the program works

  • Complete the application form below and submit the required KYC details.
  • Confirm your email address through the email verification link.
  • Our team reviews your application, KYC file, and general fit for the program.
  • After approval, share your referral link or referral code with customers.
  • When a referred reservation is tracked and later confirmed, commission is calculated using your active host level.
  • Payout requests are manually reviewed before release.

Verification and review rules

  • Email confirmation is mandatory before application approval.
  • KYC details must be complete and the uploaded ID or passport must be readable.
  • Commissions are generally recognized on valid confirmed reservations, not on unconfirmed requests alone.
  • Payouts may be held, adjusted, or declined if reservations are cancelled, refunded, duplicated, invalid, or under review.

Bronze

5.00% commission on qualifying confirmed reservation value

Silver

7.50% commission on qualifying confirmed reservation value
Requirements to reach or maintain this level:
25 confirmed reservations USD 5,000.00 confirmed revenue 3.50+ rating

Gold

10.00% commission on qualifying confirmed reservation value
Requirements to reach or maintain this level:
50 confirmed reservations USD 10,000.00 confirmed revenue 4.00+ rating

Elite

12.50% commission on qualifying confirmed reservation value
Requirements to reach or maintain this level:
100 confirmed reservations USD 25,000.00 confirmed revenue 4.50+ rating

Important: submitting this form does not mean automatic approval. Email verification, KYC review, booking quality, rating, fraud checks, and compliance with the host program terms all affect approval and payout eligibility.
