These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Olive Gardens Resort websites, booking pages, reservation forms, customer communication channels, accommodations, events, dining, pool access, and related services. By making an enquiry, requesting a reservation, submitting a booking, paying a deposit, checking in, visiting the resort, or using any resort service, the guest confirms acceptance of these Terms.
All reservations are subject to availability, management review, and final confirmation by Olive Gardens Resort. A booking request does not create a confirmed reservation until the resort issues a confirmation notice or otherwise confirms acceptance in writing or through its booking system.
The guest must provide accurate, complete, and current information when making a reservation, including guest count, contact details, requested stay dates, and any other required information. The resort may decline, cancel, or amend a booking request if the submitted information is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or inconsistent with availability or resort policies.
Room rates, service charges, taxes, deposits, and any additional fees displayed at the time of booking are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed. Once confirmed, the guest is responsible for all approved charges associated with the reservation, including optional services, incidental costs, food and beverage charges, damage costs, late checkout charges, extra guest charges, and any other applicable fees.
Olive Gardens Resort may require partial or full prepayment, a deposit, or payment verification before confirming or honoring a reservation. Where discounts, vouchers, promotional offers, wheel rewards, credits, or special rates are applied, they remain subject to the resort's approval rules, expiration terms, availability restrictions, and abuse-prevention controls.
Check-in and check-out times are determined by the resort and may be updated from time to time. Early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed unless expressly approved by management. The maximum occupancy for each unit must be respected at all times, including limits relating to adults, children, and visitors. The resort may refuse entry, require additional payment, or cancel the stay if occupancy limits are exceeded.
Guests and visitors must behave in a lawful, respectful, and safe manner. The following are prohibited unless expressly authorized by the resort: illegal activity, disorderly conduct, excessive noise, smoking in restricted areas, damage to property, unsafe pool behavior, misuse of resort equipment, use of fireworks or hazardous materials, unauthorized commercial activity, bringing prohibited items onto the premises, and conduct that disturbs staff, other guests, neighbors, or resort operations.
The guest making the reservation is responsible for the conduct of all persons included in or related to the booking, including family members, visitors, invitees, children, and third parties accessing the resort through that guest.
Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times, especially in or around pools, wet areas, stairs, balconies, terraces, parking areas, roads, and event spaces. The resort does not provide childcare or child supervision unless expressly agreed in writing.
Use of pools, jacuzzis, recreational facilities, event areas, pergolas, restaurant spaces, parking, and all common areas is at the guest's own risk, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Guests must follow all posted instructions, staff directions, safety rules, capacity limits, and hygiene standards. The resort may close or limit access to any facility due to maintenance, weather, safety, private events, legal requirements, or operational reasons without compensation.
Special bookings, private events, group stays, parties, catering, decorated setups, transportation arrangements, or third-party services may be subject to separate written terms, schedules, deposits, cancellation rules, and liability allocations. Where separate event or service terms apply, those terms supplement these Terms and prevail in the event of conflict for that service.
Cancellation, amendment, rebooking, and no-show treatment may depend on the selected rate, season, promotion, date proximity, reserved unit, payment status, and custom agreement. Unless a more specific written policy applies to a reservation, the resort reserves the right to retain deposits, charge cancellation fees, deny last-minute changes, and treat non-arrival as a no-show.
Requested reservation changes remain subject to availability and management approval. The resort may refuse or limit changes requested close to check-in, after check-in, or where operational, pricing, legal, or fairness considerations require refusal.
Guests are liable for property damage, missing items, extraordinary cleaning requirements, safety violations, policy breaches, and losses caused by them or by persons under their reservation. The resort may charge the guest for repair, replacement, restoration, downtime, specialist cleaning, administration costs, and related losses to the extent permitted by law.
The resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guest property unless caused by the resort's proven gross negligence or willful misconduct and only to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Guests must comply with all applicable health, hygiene, and safety requirements communicated by the resort or authorities. Olive Gardens Resort may refuse service, modify operations, relocate services, or cancel reservations where necessary to protect health, safety, security, legal compliance, or operational continuity.
The resort is not liable for failure, delay, closure, or reduced service caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, flood, utility interruption, governmental action, war, epidemic, civil unrest, labor disruption, technical failure, supply shortages, or force majeure events.
For safety, security, quality control, and property protection, certain resort areas may use surveillance or security monitoring in accordance with applicable law and the resort's Privacy Policy. Guests must not interfere with security systems or use drones, professional filming equipment, or commercial photography on resort property without prior written approval.
All content displayed by Olive Gardens Resort, including text, branding, logos, photographs, videos, descriptions, layouts, graphics, booking interface elements, and promotional materials, is owned by or licensed to the resort and may not be copied, reused, scraped, republished, or exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.
To protect safety, legality, property, and guest experience, Olive Gardens Resort may refuse service, deny entry, remove visitors, cancel a stay, terminate access to facilities, or involve security or authorities where there is a policy breach, safety concern, abusive conduct, fraud risk, or unlawful activity. In such cases, refunds are at the resort's discretion unless otherwise required by law.
Personal data is handled in accordance with the Olive Gardens Resort Privacy Policy, which forms part of the legal framework governing use of resort services. Guests should review the Privacy Policy carefully before submitting personal information.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Olive Gardens Resort operates, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through direct communication. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer or statutory rights.
Olive Gardens Resort may update these Terms at any time to reflect legal, operational, commercial, or service changes. The latest published version applies to future use and future bookings. For confirmed reservations, the version in effect at the time of booking may continue to apply unless the law or the reservation terms require otherwise.
