Floating Days – Buying a floating day timeshare allows you to use the unit anytime during the year based upon a resort’s availability.

You will have to fill a qualifying KYC (know your client) form as required by law before we can approve your application.

Yes, you can resell your timeshare to an approved beneficiary.

A first payment of 50% is required upon contract signing and the remaining balance is divided into 12 monthly payments.

Only swimming pool access is free while using your vacation week. All other activities are NOT free.

There is an annual fee of $120 per timeshare bought.

Please note, the idea of timeshare is to own a two days and one night of vacation at the Olive Gardens Resort or any other Resort in the world which is a member of RCI, therefore renting out your vacation is not allowed.

Timeshare contract can be inherited just like any other estate allowed by law.

All visitors has to pass by reception and pay entrance fees. SORRY NO EXCEPTION.

Each timeshare block unit consists of 365 timeshares which represents one night and two days of Resort usage per calendar year.
